Dated with a full Edinburgh hallmark to 1975, a gorgeous example of Mid Century Modernist jewellery. The maker's mark alongside shows that it is made by Magnus Maximus Designs founded by three designers working from Frisington in Cumbria; Michael Gray Bell, Pauline Diane Bell & Ian Murray Pennell. This scarce piece is set with a plaque of delicately hued Blue Lace Agate, all mounted in Silver and measuring one inch from the top of the bale, presented on an 18 inch Silver snake chain.
