A nicely substantial vintage spotted Bloodstone signet ring mounted in smooth 9ct Yellow Gold and a classic ovalled shape with tapered shoulders. Bloodstone (or 'Heliotrope' as it used to be known) is a variety of dark green Jasper with russet iron oxide inclusions which create the 'blood' spatters.
There are no marks inside as was common for the time, but tested as 9ct Gold, the ring size is an 'O/7/15/55' but no alteration is possible.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
