A nicely substantial and weighty vintage gent's signet ring in the classic oval style and set with a splendid deep midnight blue Lapis Lazuli gem generously speckled with the characteristic golden glitter of Pyrite. Revered since ancient times it is most often found in the mountains of Afghanistan where the mines have a history going back over 6000 years. Mounted in rich 18ct Yellow Gold (marked inside the band) which picks up the gleams from the Pyrite beautifully it dates from the 1960's or so.
The ring size could easily be altered to suit but measures an 'R/8.5/18.5/58' as is. It weighs 12.54 grams.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
