Converted in our workshop from a set of very fancy antique buttons, these Silver set Turquoise bauble earrings date from the 1860's or so and showcase gorgeous Persian Turquoise cabochons pave set against a darkly patinated Silver background. Turquoise gained its name as a result of ancient trade routes through Turkiye and it has been much valued and appreciated for the distinctive bright colour.
We have simply added traditional shepherd's crook style wires to allow these to be worn again, but in a 21st century kind of way!
They measure a touch over 1cm across and hang 2cm from the wire tops.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
