Circa 1890's, a charming and very lovely little brooch with a romantic symbolism, and so likely once a gift or keepsake. All in Silver and set throughout with Turquoises, a Seed Pearl to the centre of the Forget-me-not and Red glass 'Rubies' to the eyes of the swallows... a lot of clever work has gone into the crafting of the pretty jewel. The perfect love token.
Measures 3.5cm lengthwise.
