This immensely striking antique ring has a strongly classical feel and feels powerful on the finger. The hand carved black Agate intaglio is of a joyful stag symbolising strength and majesty and it sits in a reverential coffin style square high box mount. With nicely hand engraved acanthus leaf design to the shoulders, the patinated gold band, all tested as 10k is wide and flat, very much in a gothic style.
We believe this antique wonder is of American origin. The ring size is 'P/7.5/16/56', but we can adjust (for free) somewhat to fit.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
