Dating to the 1930's or so and all original, hand crafted and in lovely condition, this vintage Diamond engagement ring is pretty special. The Diamond is a hand cut wonder in the Old European or Transitional style with larger facets and so greater fire than modern brilliant Diamonds; it measures (using a Schindler gauge) at one carat. Wonderfully white with a glittering brilliance she is complimented by a trio of much older 18th century Diamonds set to each tapered shoulder. All of Platinum with a nice sturdiness which is reassuring, as is knowing that your choice has literally no negative impact in terms of ethical or ecological concerns.
The ring size can be easily altered to suit if you leave us a message on your order form. It measures as a 'J' or '5' as is.
Please inspect our photographs closely as there is a natural carbon inclusion which is well hidden in the cutting but you can see very clearly in our magnified video.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
