The most special of finds and a wonderful piece for a collector, this antique double row Victorian period necklace of graduated hand carved peachy hued Sciacca Coral beads is a lovely find.  A semi fossilised Coral found off the coast of Sicily, Sciacca Coral has an interesting story;  read our BLOG about Sciacca Coral here.  A necklace such as this would likely have been a souvenir from the Grand Tour when visiting Italy and measures 24 inches, fastening with its original hand made box clasp. See the portrait Monna Vanna by Rossetti for tips on how to wear! We have had this necklace rethreaded. The beads vary slightly, being hand carved but measure around 5.25mm width wise.

All items come with a presentation box and items over £500 with an insurance valuation. In the rare instance that the original box is available, this will be included. We can also giftwrap your special purchase.

International Delivery
