A beautifully glittery vintage five stone Diamond engagement ring in the traditional 'half hoop' made popular in the late Victorian era and a classic favourite ever since! Difficult to place an exact date on her, but as she is entirely hand crafted we would say perhaps the 1920's at earliest. The Diamonds are of superior white and clean quality...everso sparkly and the whole impact is one which will justly garner envious glances!
The olden Diamonds are delightfully all cut by hand with simple tools in the Old European way; each a unique marvel unto itself and with a charm you'll not see in modern laser cut Diamonds. The fine Platinum gallery is lacily decorative (all cut by hand) and is shaped to fit the 18ct Yellow Gold tapered band. The Diamonds measure at 10: 20: 25: 20: 10ct and so a combined weight of around 0.85ct judged with a Schindler gauge.
The ring size is a 'P' or '7.5' but we can around three or so sizes each way for free. She will sit neatly alongside a wedding band.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
