Circa 1900 and likely of American origin, a charming antique locket with a classic design showing an inspiring idealised Art Nouveau beauty with romantically flowing hair and a twinkling faceted Paste earring.
Of a Gold plated and coloured base metal which has a distinctive matt finish; it measures 4cm across and clicks closed nicely, suspended from a Gold plated Silver chain measuring 28 inches.
