Almost too pretty for words, this lovely little oval shaped pendant sparkles with the instantly recognisable fire of an antique Georgian foiled rose-cut Diamond. Our guess is that it would originally have been a drop to a larger piece of jewellery, but alone she is quite delightful and adds the most gorgeously intimate sparkle as a single or pendant or indeed in a collection of charms.
Set in a crown style collet setting of mellow hued high carat Gold (which has developed a wonderful patina) and we have paired her with a fine modern 20 inch gold trace chain, and she dangles there quite delightfully. We would say the Diamond measures over half a carat but judging the weight if rose cut Diamonds in their setting is very tricky. Read further about this olden cut of Diamond here.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
